How NuBrand Growth Marketing collects, uses and protects information when you visit nubrand.io, contact us or work with us.

Information you give us directly: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you type into our contact form, our site assistant, or an email or call with our team.

Information collected automatically when you browse: pages viewed, time on page, the device and browser you use, your approximate location based on IP address, and the page that referred you. We use this to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Information from clients during an engagement: access to accounts such as Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, your website or CRM, as agreed in writing, and only to the extent needed to do the work.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver the services you hire us for and report on them.
• To send occasional updates about our work and offers, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the site working, measure what is useful and fix what is not.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

The site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: those needed for the site to work, analytics that tell us how pages perform, and, where we run advertising, pixels from Google and Meta that measure whether a visit led to an enquiry. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Nu is an AI assistant that answers questions about NuBrand and helps you reach us. Conversations with Nu, along with the pages you viewed during your visit, are stored so we can follow up and improve the assistant. Messages are processed by Anthropic to generate replies. Please do not share sensitive personal, financial or health information in the chat.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your enquiry or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business and the site, such as hosting (Netlify, Vercel), form handling, email delivery, analytics, our CRM, and AI processing for Nu. Each is bound to use the information only to provide its service to us. We may also share information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop sending marketing. Email andrea@nubrand.io and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you additional rights, such as the EU, UK or a US state with a privacy law, we will honour those rights.

Our services are for businesses. The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
